"My old vehicle broke down last week (for the last time), and I was very overwhelmed with having to purchase a new car and set up everything for insurance. I’ve never had an auto insurance policy in my name before, so I was at a loss of what to do. I called late last week and Jeff Ditz set me up with a quote for full coverage for the car I was looking at. This past weekend I purchased that car, but had to call in this morning to get the insurance set up. Jeff was very kind and helped me set up the policy and automatic payments. He sent me a detailed email with a summary of the phone call and attached a coverage binder and my temporary insurance card. Thank you Jeff for being so helpful and taking away some of my stress this month!"
